We handle ticket processing, customer service, confirmation emails, and payment coordination. The ticket details displayed at checkout — including date, time, and pricing — are the terms that apply to your purchase.
We provide valid access tickets for the date and time selected. However, we do not control external conditions such as weather, transportation delays, personal scheduling conflicts, or operational changes made by the attraction itself.
Using the Website

Pricing and Payments

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled tour start. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Tickets that have already been used, scanned, or are past the scheduled date cannot be refunded.

Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with your order, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute.
Most issues can be resolved quickly through email communication. Starting a chargeback without contacting us first may delay resolution.
We reserve the right to respond to payment disputes by providing booking confirmations, transaction records, and ticket issuance documentation to the payment processor.
Abusive or fraudulent disputes may result in restricted access to our platform.
Our Responsibility
We are responsible for issuing valid tickets that match the details confirmed at checkout.
